Executive Summary
Healthy Habits Healing Homes are Recovery Bridge Homes that provides a safe, structured, non-clinical healing environment for individuals who have completed medical detox and are waiting to enter long-term addiction treatment or from rehab to stable  housing.

Our goal is simple:
Prevent relapse during the highest-risk periods of recovery by providing stability, healthy routines, and compassionate support.

The Gap We Fill
Every day, hospitals discharge individuals after detoxification who are medically stable but do not yet have placement in:
• Residential treatment
• Inpatient rehabilitation
• Recovery housing
• Supportive housing
Many return to homelessness or unsafe environments, increasing the risk of relapse, overdose, and repeated emergency department visits.
Healthy Habits Healing Homes exists to bridge this gap.
